Institutions that are subject to Article 92a or 92b shall disclose the following information regarding their own funds and eligible liabilities: (a) the composition of their own funds and eligible liabilities, their maturity and their main features; (b) the ranking of eligible liabilities in the creditor hierarchy; (c) the total amount of each issuance of eligible liabilities instruments referred to in Article 72b and the amount of those issuances that is included in eligible liabilities items within the limits specified in Article 72b(3) and (4); (d) the total amount of excluded liabilities referred to in Article 72a(2). |
