1. On completion of any inspection carried out in accordance with this Directive, the inspector shall draw up a report in accordance with Annex IX to Directive 2009/16/EC. 2. The information contained in the report shall be communicated to the inspection database provided for in Article 10. The master shall also be provided with a copy of the inspection report. |
