1. Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002 is repealed.
References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation. 2. Decision 2004/585/EC is repealed with effect from the entry into force of the rules adopted under Article 45(4) of this Regulation. 3. Article 5 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1954/2003 () shall be deleted. 4. Council Regulation (EC) No 639/2004 () is repealed. 5. In Article 105 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009, the following paragraph is inserted: "3a. By way of derogation from paragraphs 2 and 3, no multiplying factor shall be applied to catches which are subject to an obligation to land in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (), provided that the extent of overfishing relative to the permitted landings does not exceed 10 %. |
