Council Regulation (EEC) No 2137/85 of 25 July 1985 on the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) article 35 CELEX: 31985R2137 1. The winding up of a grouping shall entail its liquidation. 2. The liquidation of a grouping and the conclusion of its liquidation shall be governed by national law. 3. A grouping shall retain its capacity, within the meaning of Article 1 (2), until its liquidation is concluded. 4. The liquidator or liquidators shall take the steps required as listed in Articles 7 and 8. |
