1. The Staff Regulations and the Conditions of Employment and the rules adopted jointly by the Union institutions for the purpose of applying the Staff Regulations and the Conditions of Employment shall apply to the staff of the Agency and its Director. 2. The Management Board may adopt provisions to allow national experts from Member States to be employed on secondment at the Agency. |
