1. This Regulation applies to the following fishing vessels: (a) Union fishing vessels; and (b) third country fishing vessels in Union waters. 2. This Regulation also applies to: (a) certain recreational fisheries expressly referred to in the relevant provisions of this Regulation; and (b) commercial fisheries from shore. |
