Council Regulation (EEC) No 2938/91 of 1 October 1991 on emergency action for the supply of certain agricultural products to the population of Albania article 5 CELEX: 31991R2938 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
