1. Annexes III, IV and V may be amended in the light of scientific and technical progress in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 25(3), taking into account the periods for the review and updating of marine strategies laid down in Article 17(2). 2. In accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 25(2): (a) methodological standards may be adopted for the application of Annexes I, III, IV and V; (b) technical formats may be adopted for the purposes of transmission and processing of data, including statistical and cartographic data. |
