1. The competent authorities shall keep records of the checks referred to in Article 10(1), indicating in particular their nature and results, as well as of any notice of remedial actions issued under Article 10(5). Records of all checks shall be kept for at least five years. 2. The information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made available in accordance with Directive 2003/4/EC. |
