In order to achieve its objectives, the Authority shall carry out the following tasks: (a) facilitate access to information and coordinate EURES in accordance with Articles 5 and 6; (b) facilitate cooperation and the exchange of information between Member States with a view to the consistent, efficient and effective application and enforcement of relevant Union law, in accordance with Article 7; (c) coordinate and support concerted and joint inspections, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9; (d) carry out analyses and risk assessment on issues of cross-border labour mobility, in accordance with Article 10; (e) support Member States with capacity building regarding the effective application and enforcement of relevant Union law, in accordance with Article 11; (f) support Member States in tackling undeclared work, in accordance with Article 12; (g) mediate disputes between Member States on the application of relevant Union law, in accordance with Article 13. |
