Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1323/2008 of 18 December 2008 adjusting with effect from 1 July 2008 the remuneration and pensions of officials and other servants of the European Communities and the correction coefficients applied thereto article 19 CELEX: 32008R1323 With effect from 1 July 2008, for the purposes of application of Article 18(1) of Annex XIII to the Staff Regulations, the amount of the fixed allowance mentioned in the former Article 4a of Annex VII thereto in force before 1 May 2004 shall be:
— EUR 127,01 per month for officials in Grade C4 or C5,
— EUR 194,73 per month for officials in Grade C1, C2 or C3. |
