EAEC Council: Regulation No 9 defining the concentrations in ores as provided for in Article 197 (4) of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community article 3 CELEX: 31960R0009(01) This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
