Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs article 12 CELEX: 02004R0852-20210324 Transitional measures of general scope designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation, inter alia, by supplementing it with new non-essential elements, in particular further specifications of the requirements laid down in this Regulation, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 14(3).
