1. The EMFF may support, at the initiative of a Member State, and subject to a ceiling of 6 % of the total amount of the operational programme: (a) the measures of technical assistance referred to in Article 59(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013; (b) the establishment of national networks aiming at disseminating information, capacity building, exchanging best practices and supporting cooperation between the FLAGs in the territory of the Member State. 2. In duly justified circumstances, the threshold referred to in paragraph 1 may exceptionally be exceeded. |
