Member States, using the standard form set out in Decision 93/173/EEC (), shall communicate the necessary information to the Commission to enable it to draw up every two years a report on the application of this Regulation and Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 and developments in the fields in question. 2. This information shall be communicated to the Commission not later than 30 September of the year following the end of the two-year period concerned. 3. The report shall state what use has been made of the exceptions provided for in Article 13. 4. The Commission shall forward the report to the European Parliament and to the Council within 13 months of the end of the two-year period concerned. |
