The TACs adopted in the framework of ICCAT for bluefin tuna, North and South Atlantic swordfish, North and Sounth Atlantic albacore, bigeye tuna, blue marlin and white marlin are allocated to the Contracting Parties, Cooperating non-Contracting Parties, Entities or Fishing Entities (CPCs) of ICCAT and their Union's share is therefore determined.
The TACs adopted in the framework of ICCAT for Mediterranean swordfish, yellowfin tuna and blue sharks are not allocated to the CPCs of ICCAT and hence their Union's share is undetermined. |
