Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111 of 25 June 2019 on jurisdiction, the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, and on international child abduction (recast) article 81 CELEX: 32019R1111 Implementation of decisions in matters of parental responsibility in another Member State
1. A court of a Member State may request the courts or competent authorities of another Member State to assist in the implementation of decisions in matters of parental responsibility given under this Regulation, in particular in securing the effective exercise of rights of access. 2. The request referred to in paragraph 1 and any accompanying documents shall be accompanied by a translation into the official language of the requested Member State or, where there are several official languages in that Member State, into the official language or one of the official languages of the place where the request is to be carried out or any other language that the requested Member State expressly accepts. Member States shall communicate such acceptance to the Commission in accordance with Article 103. |
