1. The TACs for Union fishing vessels in Union waters and certain non-Union waters, their allocation among Member States and, where appropriate, the conditions functionally linked thereto are set out in Annex I. 2. Union fishing vessels may be authorised by the coastal State concerned to fish in waters under the fisheries jurisdiction of the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and in the fishing zone around Jan Mayen subject to the TACs set out in Annex I to this Regulation and subject to the conditions provided for in Article 22 of this Regulation, Part A of Annex V to this Regulation and in Regulation (EU) 2017/2403 of the European Parliament and of the Council () and delegated acts adopted by the Commission on the basis of that Regulation. 3. Union fishing vessels may be authorised by the United Kingdom to fish in waters under its fisheries jurisdiction subject to the TACs in Annex I to this Regulation, the conditions provided for in Article 22 of this Regulation and in Regulation (EU) 2017/2403 and delegated acts adopted by the Commission on the basis of that Regulation. |
