In order to encourage action by the organisations referred to in Articles 152 to 163 to facilitate the adjustment of supply to market requirements, with the exception of action relating to withdrawal from the market, the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 227 concerning measures in the sectors listed in Article 1(2): (a) improving quality; (b) promoting better organisation of production, processing and marketing; (c) facilitating the recording of market price trends; (d) permitting the establishment of short and long-term forecasts on the basis of the means of production used. |
