1. With effect from 15 August 2009 Directives 75/117/EEC, 76/207/EEC, 86/378/EEC and 97/80/EC shall be repealed without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limits for transposition into national law and application of the Directives set out in Annex I, Part B. 2. References made to the repealed Directives shall be construed as being made to this Directive and should be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex II. |
