1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. It shall apply from 1 May 2025. 3. However, Articles 3 and 4 shall apply from the first day of the month following the period of two years from the date of entry into force of the corresponding implementing acts, referred to in Article 10(3), establishing the decentralised IT system for each of the legal acts listed in Annexes I and II. 4. Articles 3 and 4 shall apply to proceedings initiated from the day referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article. |
