1. This Regulation establishes the European Solidarity Corps Programme (the ‘Programme’) for the period of the 2021-2027 MFF. 2. The Programme sets up the following two strands of actions: (a) the ‘participation of young people in solidarity activities’ strand; and (b) the ‘participation of young people in humanitarian aid related solidarity activities’ strand (the ‘European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps’). 3. This Regulation lays down the objectives of the Programme, the budget for the period from 2021 to 2027, the forms of Union funding and the rules for providing such funding. |
