The Commission shall adopt by means of implementing acts: (a) the procedural rules, referred to in Article 64(1), to facilitate the establishment in the Union of the preferential origin of goods; (b) a measure granting a beneficiary country or territory the temporary derogation referred to in Article 64(6).
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). |
