Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on the implementation of the Single European Sky (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) article 59 CELEX: 32024R2803 Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, Articles 4(3), 4(5) and 36(3) shall apply from 2 December 2026.
Articles 13 to 16 shall apply from 6 months after the entry into force of this Regulation. Articles 21 to 34 shall apply from the entry into force of this Regulation, for the purposes of the implementation of the performance and charging schemes pertaining to the fifth and subsequent reference periods.
Article 53 shall apply from 2 December 2026. |
