The Commission shall report annually to the European Parliament and to the Council on contingent liabilities arising from budgetary guarantees and financial assistance and, pursuant to Article 213(3), on the assessment of the sustainability of these contingent liabilities borne by the budget. That information shall be made available to the Court of Auditors at the same time. |
