Member States shall work in close cooperation with one another and provide each other with mutual assistance without undue delay in order to facilitate the consistent application of this Regulation and its effective enforcement, in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 8 of Directive 2006/22/EC. 2. The competent authorities of the Member States shall regularly exchange all available information concerning: (a) infringements of the rules set out in Chapter II committed by non-residents and any penalties imposed for such infringements; (b) penalties imposed by a Member State on its residents for such infringements committed in other Member States; (c) other specific information, including the risk rating of the undertaking, that is liable to have consequences for compliance with this Regulation. 3. The Member States shall regularly send relevant information concerning the national interpretation and application of this Regulation to the Commission, which will make this information available in electronic form to other Member States. |

For the purpose of the exchange of information within the framework of this Regulation, Member States shall use the bodies for intracommunity liaison designated pursuant to Article 7 of Directive 2006/22/EC. 3b. Mutual administrative cooperation and assistance shall be provided free of charge. 4. The Commission shall support dialogue between Member States concerning national interpretation and application of this Regulation through the Committee referred to in Article 24(1). |
