1. This Regulation lays down technical measures concerning the activities of Community fishing vessels which take and keep on board marine organisms taken from marine living resources in the area covered by the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources, (Convention). 2. This Regulation shall apply without prejudice to the provisions of the Convention and shall operate in furtherance of the objectives and principles and the provisions of the final act of the conference at which it was adopted. |
