1. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 102 which are necessary to ensure the correct and efficient application of the provisions relating to checks and access to documents and information set out in this Chapter, supplementing this Regulation with specific obligations to be complied with by the Member States under this Chapter and with rules on the criteria for determining the cases of irregularity within the meaning of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2988/95 and other cases of non-compliance with the conditions established by Member States in the CAP Strategic Plans to be reported and on the data to be provided in this context. 2. The Commission may adopt implementing acts laying down rules on the procedures relating to the cooperation obligations to be complied with by the Member States for the implementation of Articles 49 and 50. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 103(3). |
