Staff shall not, without permission from the director, disclose on any grounds whatsoever, in any legal proceedings information of which they have knowledge by reason of their duties. The preceding paragraph shall not apply to staff or former staff giving evidence before the Court of Justice of the European Communities on a matter concerning staff or former staff of the Foundation.
