1. The Commission shall keep a record of States and their competent authorities notified in accordance with this Chapter which shall include: (a) Member States which have notified their competent authorities to validate, check and verify catch certificates and re-export certificates in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17 and 21, respectively; (b) flag States for which notifications have been received in accordance with Article 20(1), indicating those for which cooperation with third countries has been established in accordance with Article 20(4). 2. The Commission shall publish on its website and in the Official Journal of the European Union the list of States and their competent authorities referred to in paragraph 1, and shall regularly update this information. The Commission shall make the details of the flag States authorities in charge of the validation and the verification of catch certificates available by electronic means to the authorities in the Member States responsible for the validation and verification of catch certificates. |

The Commission shall publish on its website and in the Official Journal of the European Union the list of the catch documentation schemes which are recognised in accordance with Article 13 and shall update it on a regular basis. 4. Member States shall keep originals of the catch certificates submitted for importation, the catch certificates validated for exportation and the validated re-export sections of catch certificates for a period of three years or longer, in accordance with national rules. 5. Approved economic operators shall keep the original of the documents referred to in paragraph 4 for a period of three years or longer, in accordance with national rules. |
