1. The Commission shall be assisted by the UK Committee. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, the European Parliament and the Council shall be regularly and promptly informed on committee proceedings. 2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply. 3. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, in conjunction with Article 5 thereof, shall apply. 4. The European Parliament and the Council may at any time exercise their right of scrutiny in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. |
