Council Regulation (EEC) No 1434/90 of 14 May 1990 implementing certain provisions of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community and the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics on trade and commercial and economic cooperation article 2 CELEX: 31990R1434 The quantitative restrictions on the release for free circulation in the Community of products listed in Annex III, originating in the USSR, are hereby abolished throughout the Community. Imports of these products into the Community shall be subject to Regulation (EEC) No 1765/82. The products concerned shall be added to the Annex to that Regulation. |
