Council Regulation (EEC) No 1434/90 of 14 May 1990 implementing certain provisions of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community and the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics on trade and commercial and economic cooperation article 3 CELEX: 31990R1434 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following it publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
