1. Each Member State shall submit a Plan to the Commission following a public consultation with local and regional authorities, representatives of economic and social partners, relevant civil society organisations, youth organisations and other stakeholders. Each Member State shall conduct that consultation in accordance with the requirements of Article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 and in compliance with that Member State’s national legal framework. 2. Each Member State shall include in its Plan a summary of: (a) the consultation held pursuant to paragraph 1; and (b) how the input of the stakeholders who participated in the consultation is reflected in the Plan. 3. For the purposes of Article 16(3), the Commission shall assess whether the Plan has been developed in consultation with stakeholders in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article. 4. The Commission shall support Member States by providing examples of good practices of consultations on the Plans in accordance with Article 6(4). |
