Regulation (EEC) No 152/74 of the Council of 17 December 1973 concluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Lebanese Republic article 4 CELEX: 31974R0152 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities (2).
This Regulation is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
