1. Member States shall designate a contact point which shall: — ensure coordination with contact points designated by other Member States as regards actions taken under Article 18; — forward the data referred to in Article 20 to the Commission; — ensure, where appropriate, any other exchange of information with, and the provision of assistance to, the contact points of other Member States. 2. Member States shall forward to the Commission the names and contact details of their national contact point by 20 May 2015, and shall inform it without delay of any changes thereto. The Commission shall draw up a list of all contact points and forward it to the Member States. |
