1. Member States may authorise the use for a period of not more than five years after 20 May 2018 of testing facilities and equipment referred to in Article 11 that do not comply with the minimum requirements laid down in Annex III for carrying out roadworthiness tests. 2. Member States shall apply the requirements laid down in Annex V at the latest as from 1 January 2023. |
