The specifications for the priority area referred to in Article 2(1), point (d), to be adopted by the Commission in the exercise of its powers pursuant to Article 6(8), shall cover the EU C-ITS security credential management system referred to in point 4.3 of Annex I. The specifications for that system shall lay down the duties of the following roles: (a) C-ITS certificate policy authority; (b) C-ITS trust list manager; (c) C-ITS point of contact.
The Commission shall be responsible for ensuring that the duties of those roles are executed. |
