1. The ENTSO for Gas shall, on their own initiative or upon a reasoned request of the Commission or ACER, publish and submit to the Commission and to ACER any draft amendment to the statutes, list of members or rules of procedure, including the rules of procedure on the consultation of other stakeholders, of the ENTSO for Gas. 2. Within four months of receipt of the documents referred to in paragraph 1, ACER shall, after formally consulting the organisations representing all stakeholders, in particular the system users including customers, provide an opinion to the Commission on the draft amendment to the statutes, list of members and rules of procedure of the ENTSO for Gas. 3. The Commission shall issue an opinion on the draft amendment to the statutes, list of members and rules of procedure of the ENTSO for Gas, taking into account ACER’s opinion referred to in paragraph 2, within three months of the date of receipt of that opinion. 4. Within three months of receipt of the Commission’s favourable opinion, the ENTSO for Gas shall adopt and publish the revised statutes, list of members and rules of procedure of the ENTSO for Gas. |
