The protections provided for in Articles 66, 67 and 68 shall apply in the following circumstances: (a) where the resolution authority transfers some but not all of the assets, rights, obligations or liabilities of a CCP under resolution to another entity or, in the application of a resolution tool, from a bridge CCP to a purchaser; and
(b) where the resolution authority exercises the powers referred to in point (g) of Article 49(1). |
