Council Regulation (EC) No 1186/2009 of 16 November 2009 setting up a Community system of reliefs from customs duty (Codified version) article 129 CELEX: 32009R1186 1. Member States shall notify the Commission of the customs provisions contained in international conventions and agreements of the type referred to in Article 128(1)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) and Article 128(3) concluded after 26 April 1983. 2. The Commission shall forward to the other Member States the texts of the conventions and agreements notified to it in accordance with paragraph 1. |
