In order to ensure the uniform implementation of this Regulation, the Commission may decide, by means of implementing acts: (a) whether a given food falls within the scope of this Regulation; (b) to which specific category of food referred to in Article 1(1) a given food belongs.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 17(2). |
