1. By 30 September 2019, EBA shall report on the impact, on institutions in the Union, of international standards to calculate the own funds requirements for market risk. 2. By 30 June 2020, the Commission shall, taking into account the results of the report referred to in paragraph 1 and the international standards and the approaches set out in Chapters 1a and 1b of Title IV of Part Three, submit a report together with a legislative proposal, where appropriate, to the European Parliament and to the Council on how to implement international standards on adequate own funds requirements for market risk. |
