Council Regulation (EEC) No 3447/93 of 28 September 1993 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Argentine Republic on relations in the sea fisheries sector article 0 CELEX: 31993R3447 Whereas on 30 November 1992, following negotiations, the Community and Argentina initialled an Agreement on relations in the sea fisheries sector which provides Community fishermen with new fishing opportunities and in return requires concessions from the Community, and in particular tariff concessions;
Whereas, in the interests of the Community, the said Agreement should be adopted,
