Regulation (EC) No 1339/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 establishing a European Training Foundation (recast) article 21 CELEX: 32008R1339 Staff regulations
1. The staff of the Foundation shall be governed by the rules and regulations applicable to the officials and other servants of the European Communities. 2. The Foundation shall exercise over its staff the powers devolved to the Appointing Authority. 3. The Governing Board shall, in agreement with the Commission, adopt the appropriate implementing rules in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and Article 127 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities. 4. The Governing Board may adopt provisions to allow national experts from Member States or partner countries to be employed on secondment to the Foundation. |
