Council Regulation (EEC) No 2042/77 of 13 September 1977 on the conclusion of the Agreement between Austria and the European Economic Community concerning certain types of cheese negotiated under Article XXVIII of GATT article 3 CELEX: 31977R2042 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
