Collective agreements and specific rules on the processing of personal data Member States may, by law or by collective agreements, provide for more specific rules to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms in respect of the processing of the personal data of persons performing platform work under Articles 9, 10 and 11, pursuant to Article 26(1). Member States may allow the social partners to maintain, negotiate, conclude and enforce collective agreements, in accordance with national law or practice, which, while respecting the overall protection of platform workers, establish arrangements concerning platform work which differ from those referred to in Articles 12 and 13, and, where they entrust the social partners with its implementation pursuant to Article 29(4), from those referred to in Article 17.
