1. Member States shall designate the competent authorities and administrations responsible for the application of this Regulation and shall notify the Commission of those designations. Member States shall immediately notify the Commission of any changes in such information. 2. The Commission shall publish on its website lists of the designated competent authorities and administrations and shall update those lists as appropriate. |
