Regulation (EU) 2019/788 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the European citizens' initiative (Text with EEA relevance.) article 28 CELEX: 02019R0788-20240502 Entry into force and applicability
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2020.
However Articles 9(4), 10, 11(5) and 20 to 24 shall apply from the entry into force of this Regulation. |
