Products listed in Annex I for which an import licence with an exemption from, or a reduction of, duty was issued before 30 April 2005 shall not be subject to the additional import duty. 2. Products listed in Annex I which are admitted free of import duties pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 1186/2009 () shall not be subject to the additional import duty. |
